Provisioning of your account and subdomain normally take under 60 seconds, sometimes there is a slight delay for the subdomain to start functioning (subdomain.projectsystem.ca)
We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards.
Billing occours every months on the date of the first billing occourance, for example if you signup on the 14th, your billing will occour every month on the 14th.
When adding new users we will bill you for the current date until your next normally scheduled payment date. For example, if your normal payment date is on the 14th and you add an additional user on the 10th we will bill you for 4 days for that one user, and bill out normally for that user on the 14th.
